Medko offers a 7-day free trial for all new users. No credit card or payment information is required during the free trial. You will only be charged if you choose to subscribe after the trial ends.
2. Subscription Plans
Medko Pro is available as a monthly subscription at ₹599/month. Subscriptions auto-renew monthly unless cancelled.
3. Cancellation Policy
You may cancel your Medko subscription at any time, without any cancellation fees or penalties.
How to cancel:
In-App: Go to Profile → Subscription → Cancel Subscription
App Store: If subscribed via the Apple App Store, cancel through your Apple ID subscription settings
What happens when you cancel:
Your subscription remains active until the end of the current billing period
You will not be charged for the next billing cycle
Your data remains accessible for 30 days after the subscription ends
4. Refund Policy
4.1 Eligible Refunds
Within 7 days of first charge: If you subscribed and feel Medko is not right for you, contact us within 7 days of your first payment for a full refund — no questions asked.
Duplicate charges: If you were charged more than once for the same billing period, we will refund the duplicate immediately.
Technical failure: If a technical issue on our end prevented access for a significant period, we will issue a pro-rated refund.
4.2 Non-Refundable Situations
Refund requests made more than 7 days after the charge date
Partial months — we do not offer pro-rated refunds for cancellations mid-cycle (except in cases of service failure)
Subscriptions purchased through the Apple App Store — these are subject to Apple's own refund policy
5. App Store Subscriptions
If you subscribe through the Apple App Store, your subscription is managed by Apple. To request a refund, please visit reportaproblem.apple.com or contact Apple Support.

Include your registered email/phone number and the reason for your request
Our team will review and respond within 2 business days
Approved refunds are processed within 5–7 business days to your original payment method
