By downloading, installing, or using the Medko mobile application ("App") or accessing medko.app ("Website"), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree, do not use Medko.
Medko is a clinic management software application that helps independent doctors manage appointments, patient records, billing, and practice growth. Medko is a practice management tool only — it does not provide medical advice, diagnoses, or treatment recommendations.
You are responsible for providing accurate registration information, maintaining the security of your login credentials, and all activities that occur under your account. Notify us immediately if you suspect unauthorised access.
New users receive a 7-day free trial with full access to Pro features. No credit card is required during the trial period.
After the trial, continued use of Pro features requires a paid subscription at ₹599/month. Subscriptions auto-renew unless cancelled.
We reserve the right to change subscription prices with 30 days' notice. Continued use after the notice period constitutes acceptance of the new price.

As the account holder, you are the data controller for all patient information entered into Medko. You are solely responsible for obtaining appropriate patient consent, complying with applicable health data regulations, and the accuracy of patient data you enter.
The Medko App, including all content, features, design, and trademarks, is owned by Medko Technologies and protected by applicable intellectual property laws. You retain ownership of all patient and clinic data you enter into Medko.
Medko is a clinic management tool only. It does not provide medical advice, clinical decision support, diagnoses, or treatment recommendations. All medical decisions remain entirely the responsibility of the licensed doctor using the App.
To the maximum extent permitted by law, Medko Technologies shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages. Our total liability shall not exceed the amount you paid in the three months preceding the claim.
You may cancel your account at any time from within the App. We reserve the right to suspend accounts that violate these Terms. Upon termination, data is retained for 30 days before permanent deletion.
These Terms shall be governed by the laws of India. Disputes shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts in Dehradun, Uttarakhand, India.
