- Doctor/User Profile: Name, mobile number, email address, medical registration number, clinic name, address, working hours.
- Patient Records: Patient name, age, gender, contact number, medical history, prescriptions, visit notes, and uploaded reports/files that you enter into the app.
- Appointment Data: Date, time, patient name, and appointment notes.
- Payment Information: Subscription billing is processed by third-party payment gateways. We do not store your card or bank details.

- Device information (model, OS version, unique device identifiers)
- App usage data and crash reports
- Log data (IP address, access times, pages viewed)

4. Patient Data — Special Protections

- Patient data is only accessible to the account holder who created it
- We do not use patient data for advertising, analytics, or any purpose other than displaying it to you within the app
- Patient data is stored on secure cloud servers located in India

- Service Providers: Trusted third parties who assist in operating the app (cloud hosting, payment processing). These parties are bound by confidentiality agreements.

We retain your data for as long as your account is active. If you delete your account, your profile and patient records are deleted within 30 days. Billing records are retained for 7 years as required by Indian law.
